VOALS 2026 was a premier leadership experience designed to equip, refine, and elevate African women into bold, articulate, and impactful leadership. More than a traditional conference, VOALS is intentionally curated to move women from silent competence to visible, confident execution through high-impact conversations, immersive leadership rooms, and identity-shaping sessions.

This year’s theme, ‘Leadership Renaissance,’ convened over 200 influential women, corporate executives, founders, professionals, and emerging leaders, from across Africa and the diaspora in Nairobi, Kenya.
